1. Return Eligibility

  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Returns requested beyond the 30-day window may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been installed or used

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Custom or special order bathtubs

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging

  3. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Martheshop.store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or payment provider

  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may have already been processed or shipped. Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once placed.
