1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 48 contiguous U.S. states

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

If you’re outside of our shipping area, please contact us for custom shipping options.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and carrier information. You can use this to track your shipment online at any time.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged – Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Late or Missing – Please check with the shipping carrier first using your tracking info. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.

6. Freight Deliveries (Large Items)

Bathtubs are large, heavy items and may be shipped via freight. Please be aware:

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • You must be present at the time of delivery.

  • Inspect your item before signing. If damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand globally in the near future.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee any address changes.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
